Customer Relations Officer (1 Position)

Based at the Hurlingham branch and reporting to the Hospital Manager this position is responsible for growing the business volumes for the unit through executing marketing and business development activities and plans, maintaining excellent relationships with doctors, corporate clients and patients.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Communications / Public Relations / Marketing or a business-related course.

In addition, they must have 3 years working experience interacting directly with clients, managing relationships and growing business.

Experience in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage

Section In Charge – Several Positions

Reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, these positions are responsible for supervising, planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in the respective sections to ensure high standard of nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures.

For all the positions, the Following Key Competencies will apply: Customer Focus, Team Work, Managing performance, Results Oriented, Reliability with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism and ethics
