Job Description
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
- Support the procurement team in negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Help maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions and processing purchase orders.
- Aid in inventory management and tracking of procurement metrics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing procurement reports.
