We are currently seeking experienced and passionate French Language Trainers to join our dynamic team at Newbridge Language Connect or NLC in short, which is the company’s language training unit. As a French Language Trainer at NLC, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to achieve proficiency and fluency in the French language.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging French language training sessions tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of individual learners.
- Develop customized lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to enhance their language skills and confidence.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.
- Monitor learner progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to assess training needs and develop specialized language programs.
- Stay updated on language teaching trends, methodologies, and resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in French.
- Proven experience in teaching French as a second language to diverse learner groups.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for language instruction.
- Relevant French teaching certification (e.g TEF, TCF, DELF, DALF) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
