Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a timely manner
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution,
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc or Diploma in any relevant field. A Diploma or B.Sc in Customer care/ marketing/administration/ Public Relations /Communication is an added advantage.
- Strong listening skills are also required to perform this role.
- Very articulate with fluent English and Swahili.
- Must have good interpersonal skills to always enable an easy flow with customers.
- Patient, attention to detail, fast learner, committed, able to follow instructions, can work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Should have Planning and organising skills.
- Customer Focused, result-oriented, Zeal for Initiative with Speed, Leadership quality and team Handling capacity, Energetic and Assertive, Customer query resolving skills, Excel Knowledge is a MUST.
- Students (in relevant field) due for attachment will also be considered.
- A commitment to completing the 3 months internship program.
- Should be based in Mombasa.
Critical Application Details:
- The internship is for a fixed period of three months without extension.

- For current students, A Letter from your institution is required indicating you are a student and/or require internship as part of requirement for course completion.
